Today I learned about lots of things that you can stay healthy, while learning.
When at the bicycles and steppers, I learned that tiny proteins called BDNF are created when you exercise, and act as growth for the brain.
When I was at the balance ball chairs, I found out that if your body is focused and moving, you learn better, it makes it more fun, and easier to learn, because you are focused. I just learned about Brain Breaks, and I liked Pen Flipping, it is when you flipped the pens, and I guess it gives you a chance to give your brain a break. Since I learned that you should exercise while you work I thought of a treadmill, and an elliptical. I just learned that if you sit down to long, it could lead to diabetes, heart disease, kidney, and liver problems. Just to conclude I have learned so much about ways to stay fit while learning by taking breaks, or do exercise while you learn.

Hi Caitlyn. I really liked this blog post because it helped me realize just how important balance is. I used to think that exercise wasn't so nessecary, but after reading this, I learned how essential exercise is. However, I'm not sure if I understand what you meant by "Pen flipping", though. Could you perhaps explain it in more detail? This blog post was amazing, and it really changed my view about the balance between screens and exercise. :)
