Breakfast Yeast Summative


     For our breakfast yeast summative, we decided to make Vanilla Cinnamon Swirl Bread. It took us three days to make, the first day it rose, the second day we shaped it, and it rose again, and the third day we made the topping and ate it.
     Some struggle we had was that we made to much filling, so it was difficult to roll all the batter in order to cut it. Next time, we should think about how much were putting on before we put it on. There were no other struggles because I made it at home, so that there would be no struggles at school. I would definitely make this bread again!
